BETSY FLANAGAN, MBA

Betsy is passionate about helping companies and individuals leverage their strengths to achieve their leadership potential, develop professional capabilities, maximize effectiveness, and navigate complex business environments. Her approach creates positive and indelible changes in individuals, the teams they lead, and the companies they work for. She is results-oriented and pragmatic, drawing on her experience in executive positions within large corporations and top-tier venture-funded startups across diverse industries including technology, financial services, health care, and higher education. Her professional history includes founding successful companies, top corporate executive advisory work, management responsibility in startups and large organizations, and Investor Relations company spokesperson for a Fortune 25 company – all of which give her a broad perspective on the unique challenges leaders face in managing effectively.

Betsy holds an AB in Anthropology from Harvard University, cum laudeand an MBA from University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business. In addition, she is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, completed Leadership Coaching Training at iPEC, and is a certified Master NLP Practitioner.

Jennifer SElke

JENNIFER H. SELKE, PhD

Dr. Jennifer H. Selke is a Educational Psychologist from U.C. Berkeley specializing in managing the Millennial workforce, improving employee retention, and fostering job satisfaction. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, she also work`s with individuals to help them find the best fit in a workplace when looking for a job or career.  For the last 20 years Jennifer has run a large summer camp which includes hiring and supervising over 150 Millennials each summer.  In addition, she consults with companies who are developing and managing interns and young staff.  In her spare time she has a private practice assessing and teaching social and job skills to teens with Asperger’s, Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities. Jennifer is on the faculty in the U.C. Berkeley Graduate School of Education and is affiliated with the Berkeley Center for New Media.
